The different units are sandblasted, then painted with a protecting layer and finally coated with a 2-component carpaint, our standardcolour is Gulforange (see pictures above).

All loadcells used are of accuracy class C3 or better.
OJ1250 and OJ1330 can be used on conveyors with a width from 500mm to 1200mm.
On conveyors from 1000mm-1200mm the OJ1250 is only used if there is a low flowrate and fine material. If that is not the case, the OJ1330 can handle a higher flowrate and larger materials, it has the same construction but with a more robust frame and loadcell.

OJ3510 H/D is the most robust of our Belt Weigher Units, H/D - Heavy Duty. The type is mainly used in connection to chrushers, feeders and high-capacity conveyors with beltwidths up to 1600mm. The construction is similar to the OJ355 Std. The picture is from an installation on a Kleemann MC120Z.

We build every roller set upon the specifications of excisting sets in the conveyor, a set is simply replaced by the Belt Weigher Unit. In order to build the unit, there are some specifications and measures that we need.
